Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Assist engineering staff to perform mechanical/process engineering evaluations for 1.6T module product development.  Able to follow written & verbal instructions from staff to perform DOEs.  Some Computer Aided Design (CAD) is required.

Education & Experience

Undergraduate enrolled in Mechanical Engineering program or equivalent.

Skills

Understand basic engineering principles.     Able to work independently as well as part of a team. 

Working Conditions

Full time on site for duration of internship program.

Physical Requirements

Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings. Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents. Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.
