This role provides hands-on experience in product management, supporting the development and enhancement of our interior focused architectural building products. This position will provide exposure to collaborating with diverse and cross-functional teams as well as opportunities to develop professional skills, including product strategy and data analysis. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** _To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, including but not necessarily limited to the following:_ + The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Operations, to deliver projects supporting the Interior Products business unit. + Portfolio Management: You will monitor product performance and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making. + Process Optimization: Support the development of tools and workflows to streamline product management processes. + Competitive Examination: Conduct competitive analysis to support business decisions. Provide insight from research conducted on competitive products, including product and market analysis. **Qualifications** **KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:** (Minimum Education and/or Experience required) + Rising junior or senior in an accredited degree program for Business, Marketing, or related field. + A strong interest in Product Management, Commercial Architecture, or Construction + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail + Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Experience with project management software such as Smartsheet is desirable. + Hybrid (3 days office, 2 WFH). + **Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.** + **Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.** **Primary Location** : US-PA-Muncy **Job Type** : Marketing **Req ID:** 2500018
