We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in 3 month paid intern opportunities at our site in Bothell, WA. Through this role you will engage in a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. As an intern, you will work closely with our team to support various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our digital presence and improving customer engagement. **Your** **role:** + Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities with a focus on data analytics. + Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines using Power BI and Power Automate. + Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and provide insights through data visualization. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure the successful execution of projects. + Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions. + Prepare project documentation and reports, leveraging data analytics tools. **You're the right fit if:** + Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and other data analytics tools and methodologies. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
