What You Can Expect

As a Revenue Assurance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience that helps you develop practical enterprise-level skills while gaining valuable insight into the North American Energy industry. This internship will expose you to key areas of the retail energy sector, including the order-to-cash lifecycle, business process mapping, strategy development, project management, and other critical functions. By working on real-world projects, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry's operations and its key challenges. This internship opportunity is based in Houston, TX, and spans three months, from January 2025 to May 2025. You will report to the Director, Revenue Assurance.

Analyze how departmental KPI reporting and operational controls impact Engie’s Retail C&I customers Troubleshoot operational issues, providing timely resolutions for customer concerns, billing problems, and data requests Assist in gathering requirements, QA testing, and supporting new development to enhance billing, customer experience, and reporting Collaborate cross-functionally to help develop and optimize best-in-class end-to-end delivery processes

 

 

What You’ll Bring

Must be at least a college sophomore working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or any related field You have excellent oral and written communication skills Must have the ability to think analytically, present ideas professionally, and work in project teams

 

Additional Details

This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy with a minimum of three (3) days working in office if you are based in Houston, TX Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

Compensation

Hourly Range:  $21.00 - $34.00 USD hourly

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
