We are hiring an Intern/Student Accounting, who will support our Shared Services Center in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. In this team you will have the opportunity to learn about administrative and accounting tasks in a global team. 

 

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Vendor Invoices Data entry with different currencies Analysis and resolution of Accounts Payable invoice problems Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balance reconciliations, including Intercompany transactions Customer’s Collection Run Reports of Past Due Customers/Vendors Creation of third-party customer invoices, credit memos and customer statements, Verification and application of customer payments Assist in Accounting month end close process How to maintain excellent relationship with to third party customers and with our ZF operating units

 

Qualifications

Current Student in Accounting, Business Administration degree or other related. Experience not required, Have strong computer, analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills, should have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Very Good computer skills using MS Office, knowledge in SAP system would be a plus Preferred with 50-70% Bilingual English/Spanish
