**Job Description:** **What You Will Do** A typical day during the internship might include: + Working with various IT leaders and teams across ITW to document common challenges, innovative approaches, or successful practices + Perform as a member of an application support team for ERP system users throughout the organization. + Work with ERP system users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setups. + Assist ERP system users with data conversion. + Assist with testing enhancements of ERP system prior to use in a production environment + Researching assigned technology related topics to identify and summarize key points + Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP system users. + Conduct and assist in user training; both for new users and enhanced modifications. + Assisting in the creation and presentation of webinar(s) for staff + Collecting and analyzing data about technology solutions used by ITW businesses
