The primary support team responsibilities are listed as follows:
1st Level Support:The initial point of contact for clients seeking assistance.Responsible for triaging and categorizing incoming support requests, user, and system incidents,Provides basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.Escalates complex issues, contacts the 3rd d level support team, LNP (Local Network Partner), WAN providers.

 

Utilize tools such as:

Network Node Manager i (NNMi)Service Management Tool (SMT)JiraKnowledge Management System (KMS)Gain knowledge in LAN, WAN , WiFi network related topics, ITIL processes.Assist with bug and issue resolution,Collaborate with network, server , storage engineers.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Willingness to perform primary support for WAN, LAN, WiFi issuesFamiliarity with IT Network basic topics (Cisco, Juniper, router, switch)Knowledge of Microsoft packet, WindowsProficiency in English languageGood communication skillsTeam player (international environment)
