Summary: This position is available for undergraduate students to participate in supervised practical training and make substantive contributions in a professional field.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Participates in the day to day ITC activities, assisting in the completion of routine, non-routine and advanced tasks.Supports the import/export compliance, licensing, regulatory policy and operations activities of the GA-ASI International Trade Compliance Dept.Completion of special projects, as assigned.Conduct international trade data analysis and associated preparation of reports and memos.Attend meetings and prepare meeting summaries and action item lists.Interface with key GA-ASI customers, departments and stakeholders.Participate and prepare import/export compliance trainings and briefings.Performs other duties as assigned or required.Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.Utilizes MS Office Suite, SAP and other applications.Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
