Role Overview:

The Sales Strategy & Operations Incentive Compensation Intern will report to the Sales Strategy & Operations Incentive Compensation Manager and will work with a team to provide support the sales incentives design and administration program for Eli Lilly & Company’s sales forces across the affiliates in US.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with data entry, maintenance, and basic reporting using Excel.Support team projects by organizing data, preparing summaries, and creating presentations.Participate in discussions and provide insights to improve processes.Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.Maintain accurate documentation of assigned tasks and activities.

Skills Required:

Good Communication Skills: Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written forms.Basic Excel Skills: Proficiency in data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheet organization.Eagerness to Learn: Open to feedback and committed to professional growth.Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling data and documentation.
