The Internal Agency Lead is responsible for establishing and developing the internal agency from the ground up. This role involves setting the strategic direction, building a talented team, and creating processes to deliver high-quality marketing and communication solutions that align with company objectives. The Internal Agency Lead will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the internal creative agency. This role involves collaboration with various departments to deliver high-quality creative projects that align with the company’s brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision and Planning:
Define the vision, mission, and strategic goals of the internal agency.Develop a comprehensive roadmap for the establishment of the agency, including key milestones and success metrics.Develop and implement the agency's strategic plan to support the company's marketing and branding goals.Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights and recommendations to align agency work with business goals.Drive strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and expand agency influence within the organization.Infrastructure and Process Development:
Establish processes, workflows, and best practices for project management and delivery.Implement tools and systems to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, event managers, and project managers.Client Relations: Serve as the point of contact for internal clients, ensuring their needs are met with strategic and innovative solutionsBudget Management: Manage the agency's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial objectives.Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the agency’s performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.Brand Integrity: Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and values.Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Experience: 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a creative agency with customer management and/or strategic operations. Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Skills:Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking.Ability to manage team capacity with multiple projects and deadlines.Proficiency in project management software and creative tools.Additional Competencies:
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Experience building a team and ability to attract talents.Commitment to professional development and staying current with industry trends.AbbVie strives to provide a French working environment for its employees in Quebec.
