Activities

INTERNAL AUDIT & CONTROL

Ensure the internal control procedures of the company and its subsidiary are in compliance with the Group’s and its M&S Branch’s.Assist in preparing and analyzing the Group’s internal control reports (PAC, SAPIN2,…) on an efficient and effective manner.Coordinate with all departments to implement and enforce the relevant internal control procedures.Attend internal audit/control projects as assigned.Assist in drafting the internal audit and control report when required.Do the follow-up of the audit recommendations and document the updated status.Assist in managing the company’s P&P master data and timely update where necessary.Assist in other tasks as required by line manager.

 

SURPRISED CHECK

Join the operational spot checks at stations, depot, warehouse, dealer’s and contractor’s sites.Attend the surprised cash and cash equivalent check at the designated areas.Other surprised checks as required by management.  Candidate Profile Education background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance.At least 2-year experience of external or internal audit, preferably in multi business and operation environment would be of assistance in this role.Skills: Good command of SAP system, MS Office and good understanding of accounting principles would be advantageous.Ability to work with deadlines, good self-organization, and professional interpersonal skills.
