Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Audit Manager to lead an internal audit team and ensure the organization’s financial and operational processes comply with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of internal audit experience and at least 3 years of management experience, demonstrating strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit strategy and annual audit plan Lead and oversee the execution of financial, operational, and compliance audits Align audit processes with organizational objectives and risk management strategies Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of internal auditors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth Collaborate with leadership to design and implement effective internal controls Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field + CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred + Minimum of 5 years of internal audit experience + At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role + Proficiency in audit tools and software, data analytics, and ERP systems + Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills + Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail + Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
