When you join us, you’ll be able to contribute financial expertise that impacts all areas of our company, including planning, manufacturing, marketing and global distribution. **In this position...** + The role offers the opportunity to support the GAO Teams across a range of tasks as this individual will report directly to the Americas APEG Risk Supervisor but will also support the Chief Audit Officer and the global GAO Directors and Managers. + This position requires someone who is self-motivated and can work with limited oversight from his or her supervisor. + This position does not have a travel requirement; however, you will have the opportunity to interact with colleagues and audit clients from across the globe, learning how to adjust your working practices and communication style accordingly, and opportunities for travel may arise. Preferred Skills: + This position requires someone self-motivated, with the ability to take responsibility for key assignments, and who can operate with minimal supervision; + A personable team player able to maintain collaborative and positive relationships with a diverse and geographically dispersed team, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and candidly in both verbal and written form; + Strong time management skills; + Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; + Professional certification preferrable, but not required – expectation that candidate would pursue Certified Internal Auditor or Internal Audit Practitioner certification (Company funded) within one year; + Has experience with & is comfortable engaging with senior management and at all levels across the business; + Able to demonstrate that you have actively grown your skillset and been proactive in your professional development; **You'll have...** + Bachelors Degree + 3+ years of experience **Even better, you may have...** + Masters Degree You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
