POSITION PURPOSE / SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position):
The Internal Auditor at ASICS plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's internal controls as per JSOX audit requirements. This position is also responsible for conducting comprehensive audits across various departments to evaluate compliance with established policies and procedures, as well as identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with relevant certifications (such as CPA or CIA), is preferred. The Internal Auditor will be a proactive and independent thinker who is committed to enhancing organizational performance and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Interacts with all levels throughout organization including employees and outside vendors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under direction of Internal Audit Manager, the Internal Auditor is responsible for the timely execution of audit tasks, especially related to JSOX Audit, in accordance with the annual ANA Internal Audit Plan. Track progress of his/her audit tasks and effectively communicates audit progress. Effectively communicates issues and audit findings both verbally and in writing. Meets and effectively interacts with ASICS managers, employees, consultants, and customers. Supports and interacts with external auditors, as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience. 2 - 4 years internal or external audit experience required (professional or internship experience) or combination of education, experience, and training. Big 4 experience is a plus Experience with AuditBoard and/or SAP is a plus Ability to work on multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills Computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Certified Internal Auditor received or in process preferred CPA and/or CISA received or in process preferred

SALARY RANGE: $63,000 - $70,000 USD annualized, plus bonus potential
