Kforce's client, a well-established manufacturing company located in the Lansing, MI area is seeking an Internal Auditor or Senior Internal Auditor to join their team. This position offers growth, culture and great team environment and an on-site workout facility for all to enjoy. This position is scheduled as hybrid, Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays are on-site. Duties: * Conduct planning and executing internal audit project based on risk assessments and audit plans * Conduct interviews reviewing documentation and analyzing data to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls * Identify areas of risk * Develop recommendations for improving internal controls and business processes * Staying current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to internal auditing
