Under limited direction and in partnership with Banking Consultants, responsible for Private Client Banking (PCB) sales and growth objectives and service performance from Home Office. Support in building PCB product awareness and understanding among Financial Advisors and Sales Assistants. Support marketing, training or education efforts of FAs and SAs in collaboration with banking consultant team (e.g. general product, campaigns, initiatives, technology enhancements, etc.) Works in partnership with all internal support groups to ensure consistent and high quality service.

· Partner with Internal and External Banking Consultants (IBC/BC) and Financial Advisor (FA) to support growth initiatives, training, and education regarding private client banking products.
· Act as back up to banking consultants and assist PCB partners in scheduling meetings or calls (e.g. face to face visits, load balancing).
· Proactively prepare and follow-up with FAs/SAs in relation to branch visits, webinar attendance, and service-related escalations. Create client proposals.
· Manage inbound call volume from FAs/SAs determining needs and introducing appropriate partners, departments to maintain high level of service
· Build relationships with internal partners in SBL, Mortgage, and Cash Solutions in support of growth objectives.
· Establish a reputation of execution and excellence through partner feedback
· Offer direct or indirect solutions for FA and/or Branch inquiries regarding private client banking products and services.
· Understand the competitive landscape and develop strategies to provide solutions to FAs and clients.
· Create and monitor tasks in Client Relationship Management (CRM).
· Work with and communicate effectively with banking consultants, FAs, and product partners
· Assist in developing tactical plans and completing special projects as needed.
· Develops and maintains strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Credit products including residential mortgage products, securities-based loans, margin, and high net worth lending products.
· Cash products including cash management accounts, cash sweep offerings and credit card offerings.

· Using appropriate interpersonal styles to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels. Exceptional presentation skills.
· Recognizing and understanding the financial needs of all types of clients.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with a minimum of three (3) years of successful lending business development experience with an investment, commercial or private bank.

· Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
