Internal Communication Coordinator

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an Internal Communication Coordinator for our corporate office.

This position reports to the Internal Communication Manager. This role is a hybrid and is based in the Somerville, MA office. 

Responsibilities:

Email Content Development: Draft and distribute effective and engaging email communications to internal audiences, including topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Social Media Assistance: Support internal social media initiatives to foster connection and engagement. Graphics & Signage Creation: Design clear and visually appealing signage, graphics, and other digital assets. Platform Management: Oversee the organization’s text messaging system and digital signage platforms. Departmental Support: Partner with departments to elevate their internal communications by assisting with emails, cut sheets, PowerPoint templates, and other media assets.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and MS Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint). Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship Must have a reliable form of transportation

Preferred Requirements:

Familiarity or experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives is preferred but not required.
