About the Opportunity The Internal Communications Manager for Driscoll’s of the Americas (DOTA) strives to keep all DOTA employees deeply connected, engaged, and aligned with the Mission, Values, and Vision of the company, the current business priorities, and the Driscoll’s brand. This role represents a center of expertise around communication effectiveness for DOTA, working directly with the DOTA leadership team, managers, and other internal stakeholders to enhance overall change and communication effectiveness. This position will be responsible for mastering internal communications strategic advisory for our Enterprise (Driscoll’s + its independent growers) communications. Additionally, this position leverages strategy execution through the internal communications publication and translation strategy in connection with Global Internal Communications. The person in this role will demonstrate a strategic mindset and the ability to lead a team, to manage with discipline the execution and planning of the DOTA strategy, delivering results with excellence. The person in this position must be an excellent communicator and strong writer - with the ability to keep complex things simple.
