This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule. 

Overview:

This role plays a critical part in supporting corporate strategy and communications for Incentives Account Management and cross-functional partners. This is an individual contributor role. 

 

The primary responsibilities include:

Strategic Communication: Deliver clear and concise communication of company goals to Account Management (AM) and Sales teams. Proactively address internal tasks, system outages, and client-facing updates to ensure alignment and smooth operations.Content Development: Create engaging content and design curriculum for professional development training programs. This includes leading classes and delivering frequent presentations.Technology Integration: Leverage technology to enhance communications, produce newsletters, and manage additional ad hoc requests to support organizational objectives.

Success in this role requires strong presentation skills, creativity in curriculum design, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve strategic goals.

 

Travel in this role will be less than 5%

Responsibilities:

Communication Activities:

Provide departmental and cross function support for (but not limited to):Holiday operations, outages, release dates, rate & pricing changesAll client-facing communicationsRCA SupportElevate communicationTemplated responses (as needed)

VOC Support:

Provide enhancements and support the facilitationMonitor feedback for negative & neutral leaning comments

Additional Support Elements:

Facilitator for Professional Development Training, ElevateManage Partner Guide audits/updates; summarize and report outProvides process automation documentation support (as needed)Leverages strong relationships with cross-functional partners to complete tasksLeads special projects as needed

General BHN Support:

Know the company history, products, and servicesMaintain working knowledge of all systems and processes utilized by Account Management Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience5+ years of content creation and classroom facilitation/training experienceStrong presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; organizational skillsIntermediate to advanced understanding of graphic design toolsProficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to collaborate and influence cross-functionallyDemonstrate initiative and ability to make decisionsProblem solving, analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
