Your Role

MilliporeSigma is growing at the Jaffrey site and is looking to add an Internal Communications Project Manager role to the team! In this Individual Contributor role you will primarily be

 

Working with internal and external stakeholders on communications to align with critical site strategic projects and initiatives. Creating and managing email distribution lists, employee bulletin boards, online blogs/communities, and internal social media tools. Implementing and managing tools/software for internal communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing/management. Providing channels for employee feedback and response from leaders Company communications to employees including emails, newsletters, intranet “home page” content, etc.Company-wide and function-specific programs, processes, and tools.Primary point of contact for internal and external communications.Managing projects/processes.Communication and collaboration between employees and site management.Other duties as assigned.

 

Who You Are:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of Communications experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Some PMO experience is a plusWork with a sense of responsibility, vitality, and high energy with positive behavior.Influential leader in a cross-functional environment with strong ability to manage stakeholders.Strong communicator, both written and verbal.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. Smartsheet experience is a plus.

 

Working Conditions:

This role is primarily office-based but may require occasional site visits or interactions in various site environments.Standard work hours with occasional need for flexibility based on site needs and events.
