Purpose:
Are you a creative communicator with a talent for storytelling and employee engagement? Chubb is seeking an Internal Communications Senior Manager, APAC to lead our internal communications initiatives. This role will focus on executive and transformation communication programs, aimed at increasing awareness of company-wide strategies that engage employees and foster long-term loyalty.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, APAC, this role will also be part of the global Internal Communications Centre of Excellence. It will initially be a 12-month contract position, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

Responsibilities:
Drive Communications Strategy: Develop and implement a compelling internal communications plan that aligns with our global and regional narrative, ensuring employees remain informed, engaged and inspired. Collaborative Content Creation: Work closely with business stakeholders and Marketing peers to identify and curate relevant content that resonates with our diverse workforce. Engage and Inform: Write impactful content for various channels, including presentations, newsletters, internal announcements and social media, tailored to target audiences. Data-Driven Storytelling: Utilize data to showcase the impact of our initiatives and localize global strategies. Lead with Influence: Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers on effective communication strategies, fostering an engaging workplace environment. Stay at the Forefront: Keep updated on emerging trends and best practices in employee engagement and internal communications to continuously enhance our approach. Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, consultancy, journalism, or marketing. Exceptional Communicator: Proven writing and editing skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and engagingly. A portfolio showcasing versatility across various content formats is required. Curious Storyteller: An inquisitive mindset with a passion for storytelling that resonates with audiences across different platforms, including digital, social media, and video. Cultural Sensitivity: An understanding of cultural nuances in communication, particularly in the diverse APAC markets. Project Management Expert: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and accuracy. Collaborative and Inspiring Working Style: A team player who can inspire and engage others, promoting a culture of communication excellence throughout the organization. Analytical Thinker: Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform communication strategies and effectively showcase results. Proficiency in Communication Technologies: Experience managing and maintaining internal communication tools, including email software, intranet and video production.
