Job Description:
This position executes strategic internal business communications for the Royal Canin North America business in line with our Purpose, Five Principles and the regional agenda for Royal Canin North America (includes Canada Business Unit).
The role is responsible for executing internal communications strategies that are aligned with business objectives and foster a two-way communications process between both managers and Associates, and leadership and Associates. This role has the unique ability to create, cultivate and engage Associates to help enhance our culture through “only Royal Canin” moments and experiences.
These activities will shape what Associates know and believe about the company, will be designed to encourage positive behavior changes and foster engagement to create an even greater place to work.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Collaborate in developing and executing internal communication strategies that enhance company culture at Royal Canin North America through clear, consistent, and impactful messaging.Foster alignment and deepen understanding of the company’s 2030 vision and corporate objectives by promoting our Purpose, the Five Principles, and enhancing Royal Canin North America's workplace culture and citizenship reputation.Create engaging and informative content for various internal communication channels, including email newsletters, intranet updates, leadership messages, and company-wide announcements.Collaborate with the North America Leadership Team to develop and deliver communications to all North American Associates across various channels, including Town Halls, videos, executive announcements, and change communications.Support the Digital Technology team and Supply and Operations Planning communications needs.Contribute to Town Halls, periodic meetings, and the NALT+ Summit by shaping agendas, collaborating with speakers on content creation, editing and consolidating presentations, and conducting post-event surveys. Supporting the overall strategy, development, and execution of the annual NALT+ Leadership Summit.In collaboration with external communications through a 360-degree approach, ensure that the company’s messages and communications are consistent and timely for all key internal audiences.Develop, implement and evolve measurement and evaluation of the success and impact of internal communications initiatives.Build tools, framework, and uncover new channels needed to accommodate organizational needs (mobile applications, podcasts, videos).Continuously story-mine across our offices, sales teams and factories to share successes and stories with all Associates and External Communications team.What can you expect from Mars?
