Naturally inquisitive, your experience will guide you to the detail, unearthing what is important and what our internal employee audiences want to know. You will build strong ERM contacts across the globe, speaking to different people across different continents, your positivity and enthusiasm being a magnet for information. Strong writing skills will ensure you’ve tailored our content for a range of internal communications across a variety of media. Which could also be used externally too. You will help to determine how best to tell the story in a variety of formats ensuring that we achieve strong engagement and impact.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
In being recognized as an advocate of best practice and problem solving in relation to effective communications you will:
• Provide communications advice and hands-on support to communicate key messages and create a clear understanding of them.
• Support strategic projects and change initiatives as the business needs demand
• Be a channel champion in using and advising on the most impactful way in which to engage our people
• Help to build a stronger sense of community and engagement through the use of Viva Engage and similar Microsoft channels
• Become the go to person in relation to the development and delivery of internal newsletters and ad hoc emails using our internal mailing platform Poppulo
• Help to deliver town halls and additional company-wide or project specific engagement activities.
• Support the Global Brand Director with communications associated with the announcement and integration of acquired companies, such as creating announcement presentations, FAQs and emails.
• Through regular reporting on and reviewing of the impact of communications, provide directional communications advice to the global team on potential improvement

Time period and commitment
This is a full-time role reporting to the Global Internal Communications Director. Flexibility is essential to respond to global communication needs and reflecting the international nature of the business and this role.
Location and reporting line
The successful candidate will ideally be located in North America or Europe and may be required to work outside normal office hours , reporting to the Internal Communications Director.
