Primary Responsibilities:

General outpatient internal medicine primary care Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients Ability to practice independently with support Minimal call – telephone only

Required Qualifications:

M.D. or D.O. Must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Board Eligible  Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
