Support the training and certification program in the BPO areaBack-fill Group Leader job positions and responsibilities in Group Leaders’ absencesCertified in all jobs in / around the BPO assigned areas to back-fill open positionsWork with Group Leaders & Quality personnel to resolve quality issues with corrective actionsAs required, conduct daily and routine Quality Audits per established procedure & document resultsMonitor and support material flow from and to the assigned area(s)Support Continuous Improvement initiatives around Safety, Quality, and Productivity in the BPO areaAssociate will have and or is able to obtain an OSHA required TT forklift license

Job Description

To be cross trained in all positions of the Paint Line. Back up group lead functions and  filling in as needed for any related position.

QualificationsHigh School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experiencePaint Line experience a plusObtain or have forklift licenseExcellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skillsManage ambiguity while working through stressful situationsPositive attitude and a willingness to work with others
