Minimum requirements for the role:
Previous experience having worked in an internal sales administrative role is essential. Previous experience having worked within the manufacturing or related environment is preferred but not essential.  Previous internal sales experience working within any industry is essential for the role. The successful candidate must have attention to detail and be highly organised as well as be driven and able to take ownership. The successful candidate must have good Excel spreadsheet skills capabilities. Previous experience working on Syspro or any other ERP System is preferred.  If not the company is happy to train the person. The successful candidate should be customer orientated, passionate and dedicated to working with customers. Must be a team player and be able to work independently, but also in a team. The candidate should have good communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing commercial and operational support to the manufacturing and sales teams by coordinating, liaising with customers, principals and colleagues. Receiving, processing and monitoring customer orders and manufacturing orders. Capturing sales orders and following up on deliveries. Keeping track of customer stock requirements. Liaising and assisting customers with orders, back-orders queries and following up, both on email and telephonically. Liaising with operations and planning department to track client order completion. Liaising with customers and External Sales Representatives on a daily basis to update them on the progress of orders and to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled. Liaising with production planning and warehousing regarding any queries and costing on products related to stock holding.  Ensuring that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion, including account queries.
