We are currently seeking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join our SO in Atyrau, Kazakhstan.

Bachelor or Higher technical degree

WORK EXPERIENCE

Instrumentation, Process Automation, Sales

LANGUAGES

Russian, Kazakh, English fluent written and spoken

COMPETENCES

- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Outlook necessary

- Experience of using CRM-Salesforce.com is a plus

 

Responsibilities:

Identify and implement market and customer requirements and support the Business Development Manager (BDM) and Outside Sales Engineer (OSE). Define an action plan to identify the business opportunity with the BDM and/or OSE, local organization and customers (objective = > lead organization) Process requests for quotations (bids) including clarification of technical, commercial and export conditions Create requisitions in accordance with the rules of Endress + Hauser International AG (special price conditions) and actively fulfil quotations, as well as increase sales Refine orders for quotations (terms of purchase, terms and conditions, export rules/cargo transportation system and commissions in accordance with Endress + Hauser International AG rules) Negotiate orders and quotations (price, delivery time, modified products, certificates, etc.) with customers/suppliers and local representatives Place technical and commercial orders through the application program to the Export and Shipment Coordinator (ESC) Provide detailed explanations to BDM/ESC clients for all technical and commercial issues Active "partner "/supporter of local organizations/BDM/ESC/OSE in negotiations with clients Organize and support inspections Actively support project search Support BDMs and OSEs in common country-specific business plans, performance evaluation and analysis, and customer service (customers and partners) Analyze the competencies of internal sales of our local partners and take appropriate measures if necessary (provide documents, training, etc.)
