We are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join the Sales department in Endress+Hauser (Baltic) UAB. Our office is in Kaunas and Endress+Hauser (Baltics) UAB plays an important role for the Region of Europe. Endress+Hauser (Baltic) UAB operates in Lithuania as well as in Latvia.  

 

What is the role about? 

As an Internal Sales Engineer you play an important part in the Sales department. You work closely together with the external Sales to ensure that offers meet the needed requirements to fulfil the customs needs. Our company supports customers in Lithuania and Latvia as well, therefore you will work with Area Sales Managers from both countries.  

 

Which tasks will you perform?  

You will: 

create offers and clarify technical and commercial requirements  are responsible for the professional follow-up of offers and sales leads  conduct order and offer-related negotiations with our customers, partners and suppliers  look after our customers, suppliers and partners with your customer-oriented manner and act as their contact person  will closely work with the Area Sales Manager and internal stakeholders  will assist in internal company projects

 

What do we expect from you?​  

You:

hold an Engineering degree, preferably in automation, mechanical, chemical or electrical field  have knowledge and experience in international sales business and internal sales support, professional experience in a comparable position would be advantage   are fluent in Lithuanian and have good written and oral skills in English, knowhow in Russian is a plus  are able to speak and write in English, additional knowledge of Russian would be beneficial  have a high affinity for IT and are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Navision or CRM is a great advantage  have a winning, proactive personality with expressive communication as well as negotiation skills and have a result-oriented and precise way of working
