Purpose of Role: The Weir Minerals Commercial Operations team is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team.

The successful candidate will provide proactive service to external customers, ensuring that all inquiries and orders are handled promptly and satisfactorily.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate contacts, and providing timely updates on orders and requests.Order & Quotation Management: Create and process customer quotes and orders for spare parts and equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures and pricing policies.CRM & ERP Maintenance: Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems, ensuring accurate records for customer orders, offers, and deadlines to support smooth operations and on-time delivery.Complaint & Issue Resolution: Manage customer complaints and order-related issues, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with internal teams and keeping customers informed.Process Compliance & Improvement: Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and support continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience

At least 5 years in a customer-focused sales support or order processing role.Dynamic approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any toher European Languages is advantage (Spanish, French e.g.)Commercial mindset supporting revenue generation.Proficiency in IT systems—hands-on experience with ERP and CRM tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).Strong teamwork and motivation.Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
