Internal Team Coach

WHAT YOU'LL DO


\nAs internal Team\nCoach, you will be key enabler of the three Teaming@BCG values: Value Focus,\nTeam Trust and Growth Mindset. Your key responsibility will be implementing\nthese values in client-facing teams through coaching and best-practice sharing\nin project setup and execution. This support will include setting up and co-leading\ninitial project team meetings, coaching individual team members, facilitating\ntrainings (e.g. on Psychological Safety), supporting teams in the definition of\nroles and responsibilities, and activating digital tools to maximize team\nefficiency and transparency (e.g., Slack, Trello, or Miro) as well as agile\nworking.


WHAT DOES IT\nLOOK LIKE IN THE DAY TO DAY


You will work\nin three main areas:

\n Coaching case teams, accelerating the adoption of\n new ways of working for the whole team(s), with emphasis on enabling\n multidisciplinary teams by working alongside senior leadership as thought\n partner ( 80%).\n Continuously innovating and rolling-out the\n global Teaming@BCG concept/offering for BCG Platinion (e.g., share\n learnings and best practices, contribute to content development,\n facilitate internal training sessions) ( 10%)\n Acting as driver of change and ambassador of the\n Teaming@BCG culture and enabler to support shaping the BCG Platinion\n organization ( 10%)\n


\nYou will perfect and further develop:

\n Your skills as coach & team shaper,\n innovating the way BCG Platinion teams work in their case projects\n Your leadership and mentorship ability, in being\n a thought partner and delivering key learning assets to the coaching\n community\n Your skills related to value creation, team\n building, establishment of psychological safety, agile ways of working,\n digital collaboration\n Your skills in shaping multidisciplinary ways of\n working as part of one of BCG’s most successful units\n


YOU’RE GOOD AT /\nYOU CAN STRONGLY IDENTIFY WITH

\n Coaching cross-business teams, executives and\n individuals from different backgrounds and with different skill-sets\n Adopting and flex a range of coaching styles to\n fit the needs of the team/counterpart\n Enabling individuals and groups to apply a wide\n range of Teaming Tools and Techniques, including but not limited to\n Psychological Safety, Agile, Digital Collaboration, and more\n Thriving in a fast-paced, intellectually intense,\n client-oriented environment where you can innovate and experiment\n Getting energized by helping individuals and\n teams reach their fullest potential – both delivering more impactful work\n and building an open, supportive team culture\n


YOU BRING\n(EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

\n From 6 to 10 years professional experience within\n complex corporate environments  with increasing levels of responsibility\n 2-3 years experience in leading high-performance\n teams in a project and/or process based and complex environment, managing\n multiple stakeholders\n Expertise in team coaching, training and related\n tools and methodologies (e.g., agile, work smarter, and live better)\n Experience in working with teams involved in\n digital products would be a plus\n Proficiency in MS Office software and required\n tools and technologies (e.g, Trello and Slack)\n Agile proficiency / experience\n Excellent written and spoken English and Italian\n
