Internal Wealth Generalist

“I can succeed as an Internal Wealth Generalist at Capital Group.” 

 

As one of our Internal Wealth Generalists, you’ll play a critical role in providing sales support to our Wealth Management business units and completing sales activities, with a variety of stakeholders including financial advisors. In addition to sales and support activities, you will also continue to develop as a sales professional with intentional development programming. You’re motivated by setting goals and measuring your performance against them. You’ll collaborate with internal sales teams and financial advisors to identify new opportunities for our investment suite of products, as well as partner with a variety of mentors to continue to enhance your sales acumen and your sales career. In combination, you’ll develop and execute complex critical business coverage and develop sales and financial acumen. 

You’re a quick learner who adapts to a variety of learning and implementation scenarios. You’re well-versed in synthesizing new information and presenting it in a distilled manner. By making personalized outbound calls, you’ll initiate sales ideas and present compelling solutions to promote Capital Group and raise assets, while focusing on specific development opportunities.

You have a bachelor’s degree. 

You are well-spoken and upbeat with sales experience. 

You thrive in team settings. You ask great questions, bounce ideas off others, and proactively share your perspective 

You have an interest in developing an in-depth understanding of investment concepts.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $53,360-$85,376

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
