International Accounts Coordinator

Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Strategic Accounts Sales & Support Manager, the International Accounts Coordinator is someone who performs and oversees a variety of account coordinating duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. This is a non-supervisory position.


Responsibilities:


Collaborate with the Strategic Accounts Sales & Support Manager along with other stakeholders to manage:

· Coordinating products from several manufacturers for international shipments. 

· Organize and maintain meticulous records for each shipment including but not limited to providing copies of BOLS, purchase orders, and commercial invoices. 

· Ability to communicate and follow up with stakeholders from various Johnson Health Tech SBU’s. 

· Track opening dates and communicate any delays to senior managers

· Become an additional contact for the outside sales team and internal departments relating to international shipments.

· Work closely with sales, warehouse, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless experience for customer.

· Create SOPs to document processes to run the business efficiently and effectively


Follow the order management process:

· Manage international sales needs from order entry to shipment of product, to meet customer requirements and expectations 

· Maintain shared documents and calendars


General Sales Support

· Assist and complete special projects as required

· Communicate effectively and often with sales team, customers and all internal departments


Maintain Work Practices: 

· All paperwork and database entries filled out completely and accurately

· Maintain work area to 5S standards as posted in work area

· Maintains a professional image by projecting a positive and professional demeanor to all internal and external contacts


Marginal Job Functions:

· Follow all related SOP’s 

· Other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned

Requirements


Education:

· Associate degree or combination of equivalent of education and experience required.


Skills/Experience:

· Minimum of 1-2 years in position of similar office or sales experience in coordinating multiple tasks and information flow within a customer and/or sales environment required

· 1 – 3 years of experience in Administrative Sales support preferred.

· Experience directly related to sales, supply chain or operations preferred.

· Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management and logistics a plus.

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot table, v-lookup, filters)

· Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills

· Aptitude for self-management, taking initiative and problem solving

· Able to pro-actively and effectively presents ideas and information


Other Requirements:

· Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.

· SAP experience, Microsoft CRM preferred
