Roles & Responsibilities
Execute high-impact transformation projects focused on cross-Company processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities within Company processesDevelop, document and standardize best practices to support consistency across multiple Company sitesPrepare and present regular reports on project status, outcomes, and improvement metricsDrive initiatives for enhancing customer experience, including feedback collectionApply Lean/Six Sigma methodology to analyze current processes, identify differences, inefficiencies and implement effective solutionsApply Lean/Six Sigma methodology to analyze current processes, identify differences, inefficiencies and implement effective solutionsRequirements
English language (C1)Czech or Slovak language (C2)Min.
