We’re seeking an experienced International Associate Project Manager to join our International team in Barcelona (hybrid) to lead cross-functional projects aiming at improving customer shopping experience and ensuring a smooth travel experience for our top International markets. You will join a multi-cultural and ambitious team – reporting directly to the Director International as part of the eDO global trading team. If you’re ready to soar, we’re ready to take you there.

What you will do: 

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As an International Associate Project Manager in the International team you will be in charge of: 

Identify & Analyze potential improvements in the customer experience using internal and external data. 

Propose a project roadmap – prioritized based on business cases / impact and aligned with the market managers.  

Work with product and operational teams to help & influence them on prioritizing key projects / improvements (customer service, in-funnel conversion, payment, air content, etc…) 

Coordinate & Lead key cross-functional projects from design to delivery. 

Track sales data and user behavior to ensure projects are contributing positively to both KPIs and user value propositions.

What you need to succeed:

3+ years of experience in strategic project management in an digital environment

Self starter who takes initiative to drive growth

Strong quantitative analytical skills to develop recommendations & analysis. 

Ability to leverage data (incl. Performance, market, competitors) and transform it into an action plan. 

Good work prioritization skills to remain strongly focused on achieving ambitious team targets. 

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast growth and cross functional environment

A problem solver who uses data to quickly prioritise work for alignment with business strategy. 

Proven experience in effectively manage cross functional projects in a digital environment

Ability to communicate clearly and influence other teams across the organization with data driven approach

Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

Background in a consultancy firm is an advantage
