THE JOB:

Join the excitement as an International Casino Host at MGM Resorts International, where you'll play a vital role in delivering personalized service, supporting marketing efforts, and maintaining our world-class casino customer base. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Evaluate casino guests’ activity to provide tailored incentives, including comps, discounts, and exclusive perks.

Greet guests upon check-in and throughout their stay, ensuring personalized service and satisfaction.

Manage guest reservations using advanced systems like VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA, and PATRON.

Collaborate with marketing teams and attend special events to promote the property.

Resolve guest inquiries and disputes with professionalism and care.

Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information while adhering to all local laws and compliance standards.

Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Thai.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A polished, professional appearance that reflects our high standards.

The ability to travel domestically or internationally to meet with clients as needed.
