International Client Sales Representative

A Client Representative will acquire new international clients for the company that have a need for locum tenens physicians. The Client Representative will contact, develop, and follow up with prospective international clients through a variety of sources such as the internet, medical journals, referrals, and other leads generated by the company’s marketing efforts. In addition, the Client Representative will have the opportunity to obtain an existing book of business of active clients for you to retain and grow .The Client Representative will successfully interact with the Physician Representative to make the match between the client and physician. 

Responsibilities:

Opportunity comes with an existing book of business of active clients for you to retain and growContacts all international new client leads and existing clients to introduce the advantages of the company’s temporary assignment services. Responds to client inquiries regarding Locum Tenens Services and contacts new and clients to solicit business. Negotiates the recruitment, interviewing, marketing, and hiring of candidate to place with existing international clients. Writes international client contracts and ensures client execution of contracts. Assists in developing marketing strategies Ensures completeness of assignment related tasks, travel housing, payroll, licensing, credentialing. Meets all production goals as determined by management  

Qualifications:

Accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system. Professional level written and oral communication skills. Effective negotiation skills. Experience in provision of customer service.Ability to communicate and understand professional level service needs, client practice, and physician credentials. Ability to understand and interpret financial data. Conceptually and mathematically able to compute and understand profit margins. Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications. Ability to devise and execute work goals independently. Ability to manage time effectively. Ability to integrate individual efforts to team objectives and processes. 

Education and Years of Experience:

1-2 years of experience in the direct sales and/or phone sales of products or services 

Preferred:

College level education Experience in the health care industry 

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $50,000.00 -- $235,000.00 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location. 

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
