International Compensation Manager at AutoZone
Are you ready to make a significant impact on a global scale? At AutoZone, we're looking for an International Compensation Manager to design and implement innovative global compensation plans that attract top talent, drive business results, and reward our dedicated team members. You'll work closely with senior leadership to align our global compensation strategies with business goals while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
This position works out of our Store Support Center in Memphis, TN and is not available for remote work. Relocation is available.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Global Expertise: Ability to navigate and manage compensation strategies across diverse international markets, ensuring alignment with local regulations and cultural nuances
+ Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to develop and execute compensation strategies, provide insights on job evaluations, and make compensation recommendations.
+ Analyze and Inform: Conduct in-depth analyses to support compensation decisions and ensure market competitiveness through global job evaluations and salary surveys.
+ Manage Incentive Plans: Oversee executive and non-executive incentive plans, including sales incentives, and lead the annual bonus plan review, merit/market increase processes, and global payouts.
+ Develop and Maintain Systems: Create salary structures, recommend annual salary budgets, and coordinate with HRIS to manage compensation tools and system improvements.
+ Ensure Compliance and Effectiveness: Track and audit compensation programs to meet legal standards, develop and deliver training sessions on compensation topics, and monitor wage laws.
+ Support Special Projects: Contribute to projects like acquisition integration and organizational restructuring and supervise a small team of 1-2 analysts.
Requirements:
+ 7+ years of experience in designing and administering compensation programs with 2+ of those years designing compensation programs within large, multi-site global corporations. Experience in Mexico, Brazil, India is preferred.
+ Expert proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools, to conduct complex compensation analyses and create detailed reports.
+ Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) for developing comprehensive documentation and presentations.
+ Multi-lingual in English, Portuguese, and/or Spanish is a plus.
