As Controller for International Operations, you will oversee the financial health of our global entities and manage complex accounting challenges across multiple international markets. Are you a financial consolidation expert? You will lead the month-end close and consolidation into Oracle for Watkins Europe, Watkins U.K., and Sauna 360 legal entities. We'll expect you to provide critical financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.Can you be a risk management champion? You will continuously assess accounting processes to minimize financial errors, focusing on areas including errors and omissions, capital expenditures, internal controls, and company credit card management.Are you a strategic system developer? You will create tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the Global Controller, making feasible recommendations that help run and grow our company.Can you lead and develop talent? You will attract, develop, motivate, and retain a diverse, high-performing team, driving excellence in our international accounting operations.Are you a comprehensive financial manager? You will direct Year End Tax Compliance reporting for European entities and Sauna360 Inc. while managing capital assets, including CIP project tracking, payback analysis, tax reporting, and physical inventories.Can you drive continuous improvement? You will interact with cross-functional teams to develop tactics that enhance operational and accounting processes.WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university5-10 years of related experienceBroad knowledge of GAAPProficient in MS Office suite, especially ExcelStrong ability to prepare reports, worksheets, and financial analysesERP system experience helpfulAbility to present to all levels of the organizationWHAT YOU’LL GET

Hiring Range: $159,000 - $174,900.
