Job Description:

Order Management:

•Enter STO Orders

Work with assigned regions for order requirements

Work with supply chain planners for product availability

•Screen Orders checks business policy, (pricing, prod availability, country logistics, banking policies.

•Additional screening fields, finance

•Consolidation of requested orders into one shipment

•Truckloads/LTL/Reefers

•Release transactions

•Ship point interface

Export Management:

•Manage/execute export processes

•Control export of goods across the supply chain

•Shipping modes: Truck Air Ocean

•Net Payment/Letter of Credit/CIA

•Documentation: Bill of Lading, Packing List and Commercial Invoice

•COA, COO, SLI. Packing list

•Generate declaration

•Country specific

•Quotes/Booking

•Ship point: Door to Door

•Door to Port

•Freight forwarders

•Inland carriers

•Integrate sales, production and procurement with export processes

Customs Documentation Procedures:

•Export/Import clearance

•Port/Airport Entry

•Export Declaration

•ISF

Systems / Functional Requirements:

Required

SAP S4 Hana

Experience in Order Management

Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams

International Shipping Experience

Freight Forwarders

Export Documentation

Working in team / warehouse environment

Dangerous Goods Shipping Certification
