Salary Range

 

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

Reporting Structure

 

The International Junior Account Executive reports directly to the Sr. Account Executive, International Wholesale. 

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

 

Strategic role on the Vince International Sales team; a decision maker responsible for the successful management of distribution partners in Asia/Pacific, operational functions supporting sales and growth objectives.

 

Develop and maintain close relationships with distribution partners in APAC, within the International teamSales: Use thorough knowledge of seasonal collections, Vince brand DNA, and partner specific retail selling to:Create all international market materials (including line sheets, price books, etc.)Conduct all showroom appointmentsEnsure all international showrooms are equipped to conduct market (Paris, Japan, Benelux, Munich, Milan)Analyze original orders and offer guidance on adds and edits to maximize in-season salesCreate and distribute detailed product knowledge packets to help assist in training of local sales teamsTrack in-season selling & actively look at ATS inventory to maximize reordersResearch and generate new business opportunities by prospecting through various channels such as cold calling, email…Maintain International Price books for Global EcommerceSupply/Demand: Detailed management of orders from start to finish. Manage all communication to teams internally on a continuous basis to ensure efficiencies of all aspects of customer experienceCustomer Service Oversee accurate order entryPush for timely in-season allocation and reservation of goodsProduction Check PO splits by warehouse and customerCommunicate ready dates (NDC) for styles by sku to partners so they can plan accordinglyProactively prepare for any delaysCommunicate and track shortages and quality Issues in seasonLogistics Oversee timely fulfillment and shipping in-seasonARWork closely to ensure on-time payment and accurate invoicing Reporting: Manage and maintain international selling report for on a weekly basis and distribute to upper management, merchandising teams, etc.Manage and present weekly sales recaps and reorder recaps in team meetings.Own all consolidation needed with domestic and retail teams for seasonal hindsight meetings with merchandizingManage style bookings report at time of market to track best and slow sellers by category and inform international assortment needsManage and maintain contractual trackers on an ongoing basis to ensure bookings align to contract minimums Visual Merchandizing & Shop Management:Manage partners to our brand VM guidelines by reviewing monthly photo reports, guiding adjustments and additionsManage implementation of new shop elements/décor Samples: Manage all aspects of tracking, organizing, and shipping 3 international samples sets to maximize in-market selling and ensure the optimal presentation of the brand in all markets. Involves detailed and on-going communication with merchandising (to understand line edits and adds), LA-based design teams (who consolidate samples in LA) and international showrooms (Paris, Japan, Benelux).Communications: Clear, concise and accurate communications

The first point of contact for APAC distributors and the direct liaison between all internal channels within Vince (customer service, logistics, production, merchandising, marketing, domestic sales, retail, etc.)

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:

Degree and at least 2 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationshipsHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of workStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsStrong awareness of international business etiquette, customs, and challenges.Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Especially in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis, creating reports, and working with complex formulasStrong ability to learn new software systems and processes. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Familiarity with Joor for managing wholesale accounts and product inventoryFluency in a second language is highly preferred
