Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Planner to maintain and oversee the functionality of operations including purchasing, systems updates, and order management. The ideal candidate will handle and own the logistical coordination of all orders, interface with customers, and forecast products, materials, and shipments. This role requires strong communication with customers and vendors, negotiation skills, and adherence to ISO 9001 program tasks.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain and oversee the functionality of operations including purchasing, systems updates, and order management.Handle and own the logistical coordination of all orders.Interface with customers for forecasting products, materials, and shipments.Communicate with customers regarding shipments, expediting orders, and invoices.Negotiate pricing and communicate with vendors.Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with ISO 9001 program tasks while adhering to customer needs.Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.Collaborate with the manufacturing manager on scheduling production jobs.Report on logistics including current updates, order status, and time of arrivals.Consolidate incoming international shipments and track urgent shipments weekly.Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.Support the team with invoicing, generating statements, and answering questions about billing.Work Environment

This position requires working on-site five days a week with hours from Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, including a 30-minute lunch break.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00
