THE JOB: 

As a Korean Marketing Host, your primary responsibility will be to help maintain our property's casino customer base while streamlining processes to ensure exceptional customer service.  You will exercise sound judgment to fulfill casino customer requests effectively while performing all duties in accordance with MGM Resorts International Marketing policies, practices, and procedures.  By providing exceptional customer service in all guest interactions, you will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide appropriate incentives, and approve comps and allowances (such as rooms, food, beverages, event tickets, promo chips, free play, and discounts) when authorizedHelp maintain and grow the property’s customer base by actively meeting and interacting with customersEnsure customers from your assigned regions are greeted at check-in and check-out, offering personalized service throughout their stayProcess customer reservations using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA, and PATRON management systemsGrant marker authorization limits to qualifying customers when authorizedAttend special events as needed to promote marketing efforts and engage with customersProtect confidential customer information and enforce privacy policies according to company guidelinesResolve customer disputes and complaints to ensure satisfaction for both the customer and the companyComply with all local laws and Title 31, and attend all mandatory compliance and training sessionsPerform other related duties as assigned

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceOne (1) year of previous experience in Hotel Operations, Casino Marketing, VIP Services or Table GamesAble to effectively communicate in Korean, in both written and oral formsMust be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral formsExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersDemonstrates and maintains a professional, neat and well‐groomed appearanceNevada State Gaming RegistrationMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
