International Program Support Analyst Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * CACI is seeking an International Program Support Analyst to support the PEO Aircraft Carrier program. The candidate will provide direct support to the US-French Future Carrier Program via FMS Case through the NAVAIR PMA 251 EMALS/AAG Program Office. The employee will lead U.S. coordination and planning on behalf of PEO Aircraft Carriers on continued French aircraft carrier program ship integration requests for information and face to face engagements. Selected candidate will participate in French Future Carrier Working Group meetings consisting of members from NAVAIR PMA 251, NAVAIR 4.8, PEO Aircraft Carriers, NAVSEA Engineering, Office of Defense Cooperation (US Embassy, Paris), Navy International Program Office and select members of industry. As directed by the PEO Aircraft Carriers and PMA 251, assistance will be provided to facilitate the exchange of information under existing agreements, identify opportunities for effective cooperation and engage in efforts and activities that enhance the ability of the FN and US to engage on EMALS/AAG related integration efforts related to aircraft carriers. Assistance will also be provided as directed to ensure detailed knowledge is shared and integrated across all the stakeholders, for enhanced decision making and interoperability effort coordination by senior leadership. What You’ll Get to Do: + Assist with the development of overall FMS Case & Data Exchange Agreement (DEA) documentation + Coordinate action item responses from the PEO Carriers and its stakeholders + Interface with 05V personnel to monitor and resolve open action items + Provide support (process foreign visit requests, escort for demonstrations, etc.) to requested foreign visits to the US in support of specific potential FMS program or in anticipation of LOR development + Track all released deliverables in an approved network location + Support efforts to help develop requirements, country team assessment and COCOM endorsements while in country.
