We are currently looking for an International Retail Operations Manager, Can-Am to manage the Sales Programs & Promotions function International.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Lead and transform the strategy, recommendations and detailed execution of all retail programs, in collaboration with the RGM and country manager with the overall objective of achieving our retail plan by product. You and your dedicated team will work on better decision making by leveraging data-driven, intelligent and automated processes in collaboration with the BI team and volume planning team.

1. Retails Ops & Programs management (50% EMEA / 50% International):
Deliver Programs & Promotions recommendations that help WIN versus competition by:
Reviewing BRP retail performance and diagnosing what is driving results
Leading retail review for EMEA 60% while supporting and
Leading the Retail Reviews governance by product by providing the right level of insights & trends to ensure that regional plans are achieved.
Assessing competitive promotion offers and tactics versus our brands’ with the Retail ops and GTM local teams
Building promotion plans and scenarios, including costing, partnering with the multiple teams
Recommending your plans to management minimum monthly and securing approval
Ensuring appropriate governance
Leading the annual planning, budget and forecast preparation
Delivering the annual retail playbook for each product and regions and ensure that its connected with our GTM initiative and connected to market seasonality and reality
Providing a view on International product retail performance by providing performance insights to Int GM and global
2. Product specialist:
With the support of each of the product leads, be the go-to-person for any product related question for the Intl region.
Manage the intl line-up to ensure we have the right line-up for each region
Support the regional product strategy definition leveraging global and regional market insights & network feedback
Be the voice of international to influence the global product strategy.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
6 to 10 years of relevant experience in business analytics, business intelligence, commercial or marketing.
Master’s degree.
Fluent in English – other European language is a plus but not mandatory.
Well-rounded business acumen combined with strong strategic thinking, problem solving and strong analytical skills with ability to connect the dots between the 3 key pillars of Promotions, Retail Activation and Product Strategy.
Excellent data analysis skills with good story-telling.
High knowledge of Excel is mandatory, SQL, Power BI or SAP knowledge can be a plus.
Ability to influence, handle change-management with data driven insights and pro-active to improve processes.
Natural leader, open, communicative and team development oriented.
Organized, accurate and results oriented.
Ability to work and deliver in high stress environment.
