We are looking for a candidate to join our Client Success team for international FMCG clients. EP, through its partnership with You Gov and Kantar Worldpanel, is the leader in consumer panel research solving client questions in more than 50 countries around the world.

You will...

Create and maintain strong relationships with all main client decision makers/budget holders, developing the application of consumer panel as a solution to answer business questions with strong influence on client thinkingMaintain a dialogue with key client collaborators about their ongoing hot topics, business priorities, proactively finding opportunitiesManage a growing and partially virtual team, sharing knowledge and encouraging a culture of learning. Including multiple direct line reports.Create high functioning relationships with EP colleagues, senior partners, and local Kantar & YouGov teamsLead major EP projects across a portfolio of clients, responsible for the development and delivery of high profile, multi-country insightsDevelop opportunities to grow revenue for the team, with a focus on increasing the contribution of EP products and servicesNegotiating new and existing contracts
 

You have...

Profound knowledge in quantitative research, ideally understanding of Consumer Panel dataA desire to develop commercial skills through spotting opportunities – proactive project-mining, and proposal writingExperience delivering against commercial targets and act proactively in pursuit of opportunities.The ability to build strong relationships and influence both externally and internally senior level contacts and to be seen as an expert by those contactsExperience delivering insight based consultative projects with the ability to provide valuable client insights, and present complex data clearly and incisivelyA confident, compelling and engaging communication style that conveys the expertise expected of a consultantA collaborative approach with clients and colleagues of various personalities and cultures
