International Tax Analyst

We have an opportunity for an International Tax Analyst to join our Corporate Tax team in Golden Valley, MN. Reporting to the International Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of various international tax and transfer pricing calculations and forms. This is an excellent role for a critical thinker with strong Microsoft Excel skills looking for an opportunity to learn and grow within a highly collaborative and development-focused corporate environment!

You will:

Prepare the US international tax aspects of the US federal income tax return including Forms 5471, 8858, 8990, 8992, 1118, and related disclosures and elections.Prepare US international tax calculations (including E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, 163j limitation, and FTC) with a focus on improving processes and support.Partner with the International Tax Manager in researching technical US international tax issues.Assist with OECD Pillar II tax planning and compliance efforts.Support transfer pricing operations, including calculations, documentation, intercompany agreements, and strategic planning.Prepare tax provision calculations relating to international operations, including current and deferred tax provisions, tax reserves, and tax account reconciliations.Establish solid working relationships with cross functional international business partners to develop and maintain a deep understanding of legal entity operations, transaction flows, risks, and functions to accurately prepare US international tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, and provisions.

Key Qualifications: 

Have earned a bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) degree in Accounting. CPA or advanced degree a plus.Have 1-2 years of corporate tax experience, with international tax experience preferred.Demonstrated technical knowledge of corporate tax or technical background in corporate tax with a strong interest in international tax.Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities. Familiarity with CorpTax or OneStream a plus.Analytical mindset and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from finance leadership.
