Advanced Energy has devoted four decades to perfecting power for its global customers and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. **POSITION SUMMARY:** The International Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager will be an integral part of the global tax team headquartered in Denver, Colorado and will report to the VP of Global Tax. This role will work in collaboration with the AE Finance and Legal organizations, as well with operational business units. In this role, you will be heavily involved in tax planning initiatives, along with the management of global compliance/documentation, and transfer pricing policies and processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Manage multinational teams and external service providers on global transfer pricing compliance and documentation requirements, including data and functional analyses; + Develop thorough knowledge of AE value chain drivers and advise on transfer pricing optimization structures and opportunities given business and other external environment developments; + Prepare and review legal entity profitability analyses to ensure transfer pricing policies and objectives are met for intercompany transactions; + Prepare and review transfer pricing aspects of quarterly and annual income tax provision; + Assist with various international tax planning projects, including modeling impacts of transfer pricing initiatives on global tax profile, IP utilization, cash management, legal structure reorganizations, and non-US country tax planning; + Support planning and execution of post-acquisition integration projects related to transfer pricing; + Collaborate with team members on enhancing transfer pricing processes and procedures and SOX controls; + Coordinate with stakeholders across the business in managing global transfer pricing matters; + Support U.S. and international transfer pricing controversy issues **WORK ENVIRONMENT:** + Location: Denver, CO + Environment: Standard office environment **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Strong motivation, autonomous and a highly driven individual + Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities + Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with a team and collaborate with other departments + Stong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a commitment to reach goals and meet deadlines **EXPERIENCE:** **Essential:** + 5+ years of public accounting and/or multinational corporate experience specializing in transfer pricing + Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles for international tax matters **Desirable:** + Experience with SAP a plus **EDUCATION:** **Essential:** + Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business **Desirable:** + CPA certification a plus **COMPENSATION:** _As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
