Internet Sales Representative/Consultant Responsibilities
Lead Management: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming internet leads, emails, and chat inquiries from potential customers. Engage in personalized conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively showcase the right options to potential buyers.
