Internet Sales Representative- Tom Wood Lexus

Tom Wood Lexus, in Indianapolis, IN is looking for an Internet Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring their excellent phone skills, personable demeanor, and hospitable attitude, and will contribute to creating a positive and transparent buying experience for our valued guests.   

 

Schedule:  Part Time or Full Time openings! 

                  Part Time Schedule:  Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM

                  Full Time Schedule:   Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM


 Responsibilities: 

First Impression Ambassador by serving as the initial point of contact for potential customers reaching out via phone, email or online chat.Create a warm and welcoming first impression that aligns with our brand values and commitment to exceptional serviceAssist customers with vehicle selection and promote model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policiesUse email, lead management tools (CRM), websites, Microsoft Office applications, and the internetMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotionsProactively initiate outbound calls to follow up with leads, address inquiries, and provide personalized assistance through the buying journeyUtilize effective communication skills to build rapport, answer questions and showcase the value of our offeringsWork closely with the sales team, managers and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication as well as share customer insights, feedback, and suggestions for continuous improvements

 

 Qualifications: 

Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills with friendly and personable demeanorExceptional Phone etiquette and active listening abilitiesHas strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskMaintains a high level of customer service; always being positive and outgoingTeam-oriented and flexible; willing to learnHas strong computer and internet skills; including Microsoft Office Previous sales experience, a plus!Enthusiastic and motivated team playerValid driver’s license, with clean record
