24/7 emergency/specialty hospital – 11,000 sq. ft

Specialty services include Internal Medicine, Emergency/Critical Care, Surgery, and experienced ER Associates

Collaborative campus with ophthalmology, dermatology, dentistry, neurology, and oncology/radiation oncology with linear accelerator 

Two surgical suites, large treatment/triage room, digital radiology, 64 Slice Helical CT, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, endoscopy, 6 examination rooms, remodeled lobby and conference area

Supportive care capabilities: mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy (Snyder cages and nasal oxygen), transfusion therapy, advanced fluid support/fluid therapy

Intensive care monitoring capabilities: continuous telemetry, pulse oximetry, capnography, CVP monitoring, direct and indirect blood pressure monitoring

In-house laboratory capabilities: co-oximetry, TEG, blood gas and electrolytes (Nova and i-STAT), CBC, coagulation profiles and chemistry profiles

Situated between Los Angeles and San Diego, amazing beaches, mountains, skiing, desert, endless outdoor activities with perfect weather

Compensation

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $200-$300k.

This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.

Qualifications

A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent

Licensure in good standing to practice in (state), or the ability to obtain

Residency Trained or Diplomate Board Certification

A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
